We’re not here to force ideas on you.
We’re here to help you become more fully yourself.

Here’s How It Works

Option 1: Free 15-minute phone consultation.
We’ll answer your questions and see if we’re a good fit.

Option 2: You’re ready to jump right in. Reach out and we’ll schedule your first session. Sessions are 50–55 minutes, in-person or telehealth.

Before your first session:

We’ll send you a secure portal link to -

• Complete paperwork
• Upload insurance (if using it)
• Add a payment method
• Set up reminders

The First Session

Some people feel nervous.
Some people feel like they “word-vomit.”
Some don’t know where to start or what to say.

All of that is normal.

We’ll talk about:

  • What brings you in

  • What you want from therapy

  • Your history (at your pace)

  • What support looks like moving forward

There is no right or wrong way to begin.
